He is gone and he has taken so much of who I am with him.

I will post more later but for now I need a minute.

mendomind said...: Your story and pictures of Mikey made me cry.I am so very sorry for your loss. I had a cat that looked very much like him. My kittie's name was Casper, he was a Himalayan Persian and like you, he was my best friend. He passed away at 15 years young on May 20,2021. I also grieve every day, I keep a shrine for him up on my dresser where I have a beautiful urn with his ashes and a framed photo of him. I'd love for you to see him but I'm having trouble uploading his photo anywhere. If I succeed I'll let you know where.; October 24, 2022 at 4:02 PM

Hi, my name is Jennifer but

I am known to most as the

“Cat Photographer.”
I created this Blog to share my work

but to also honor my best friend Mikey
who was born deaf.

(but listens with his heart).

I also wanted a place to share

information and views

on rescue, feral cats,

animal rights and animal welfare.

So Mikey has now become

the messenger.
